Ver. 1.02: FPS Synch Option implemented

Hey again!

Another update is out. This update mostly serves to mitigate the difficulty in the early parts of the game.

Another big one is the Synch Monitor FPS option in the Options menu. By default, the game always runs as if it was at 60 FPS even on monitors that don't support a framerate that high and also on monitors that could go higher. By toggling the option off, you can make it so that that the game runs at a framerate your monitor supports. While this sounds like a good thing, I'm not entirely convinced it makes the game better in every area, as this makes it so that what happens on-screen is no longer in synch with the background audio during some scenes in the way that I have intended, and so I have left the option turned on by default. However, I decided to include the option to experiment with the tool anyway, so if you feel like the game is running too fast for you and you're missing out on things happening in the game because of it, feel free to try turning off the option.

Ver. 1.01 works just fine too--until proven otherwise anyway :P--but feel free to replace your game file with this one if you are so inclined. You can confirm which version of the game you're running by referring to the 'Read Me and Credits' file inside the game folder.

Here's a summary of what's new since last time:

1.02

- Implemented FPS Synch Option plugin by Yanfly.
- Introduced a new save point in order to make resource management in the early parts of the game less intensive and demanding.
- The player now starts the game with 3 Potions and 1 Magic Water in their inventory instead of having no items at all in their inventory in the beginning of the game.
- Changed the charging time of the skill 'Meditate' from 'two turns' to 'one to two turns' to make it more viable.
- The skill 'Guard' now grants 3 points of MP upon use in addition to the 2 points of TP it has already granted before.
- Slightly adjusted the action sequence of several skills to prevent certain oddities from occurring, and also shortened the action sequence of some skills.
- Reworked the description of some skills.
- Made it easier to escape battles by a moderate amount.
- Fixed a collision bug in Dais - Overlook.
- Added a few missing name tags and fixed some that displayed the wrong name.
- Minor text fixes and new lines of text.
